Welcome to Orleans, a very special Cape Cod community! We are very excited to welcome you to our home and hope that you have a very comfortable, enjoyable and restful stay here!
This home has been very well cared for and well loved by the family who built it and called it home for 44 years. Its charming and original features have withstood the test of time and are still in impeccable condition, belying its age. We hope to continue to preserve these features and ask for your thoughtful care during your stay.

This classic Cape beauty with center fireplace is located in the desirable Tonset area of Orleans. Enjoy nearby access to Town Cove via Asa's Landing, which is just a half mile walk down the road and where you can put in your kayak, paddle board, etc. and enjoy the protected waters of the Cove! Paddle over to Hopkins Island and explore! (Kayaks & SUPs can be rented nearby). Also less than 1 mile to Tonset Road Landing and the beautiful Weeset Point Trail with footpath access to Town Cove and the Nauset Harbor Estuary where you will enjoy a walk on the marsh path along Nauset Harbor!

This lovely 3 bedroom home is also just 2.5 miles to the spectacular Nauset Beach, which offers plenty of parking and restrooms. The popular Skaket Beach is just 4 miles away on the Bay side, and is beloved for its tidal pools and sunsets, snack bar & washrooms!

Back at home after a day on the beach, in the water, or on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, you'll enjoy dining al fresco on the spacious deck overlooking the pretty back yard. There is also plenty of space for a family movie or game night as well in the spacious, comfortable family room.

Largest bedroom offers a King size bed, the 2 other bedrooms offer 2 twins in each - all with brand new and very comfortable mattresses. You'll wake well rested and ready to enjoy a sweet little morning stroll through the neighborhood, with water views just one block over!

East Orleans village, which includes a farm stand, butcher shop, bakery/coffee cafe, deli, homemade ice cream parlor, antique shops, and gourmet restaurants is just 2 miles down the road.

Royal Barry Wills cape design
This special home was new to our family in 2021. Prior to our ownership it had just one owner who had it custom built in 1977. It is a “Royal Barry Wills” style Cape. Royal Barry Wills was one of America’s most popular architects in the mid 1900’s and master of the Cape Cod-style house. Will's artistry brought refinement to every level of planning, engineering, and detail of the Cape Cod model. Wills was very particular about each point of the home and defined the exact characteristics that made this style unique and quintessential. Wills didn’t “copy” the original Cape houses.
